Introduction
East London Ladies Circle 23 was officially chartered on Saturday the 3rd August 2013, but the journey began back in the June of 2012 where we had our first meeting of intent with 6 members.
We have since grown from strength to strength and achieved beyond our expectations. We run various projects and fundraisers that help others in our community.
